Employer uses biometric terminals to record attendance. The terminal stores a mathematical template of your fingerprint or face, not a picture, and uses it only to record your attendance.
- Templates are kept on the terminal and the organisation's own server, encrypted, and are not shared outside the organisation.
- Templates are deleted when you leave.
- If you do not wish to be enrolled, tell HR — an alternative (card or PIN) will be provided.
