The applications

They run on WatuOS in your own building, and a WatuOS installation carries every application in its edition. What you licence decides what runs — which is why adding a system later is a phone call, not a site visit.

WatuCRMSales and marketing — leads, companies, a drag-and-drop pipeline, quotations with VAT, commissions, campaigns and the WATU MEMBER forecast. Version 1.3 connects to Watu Cloud: enrolment tokens from a won deal, each client's boxes and licence dates on the company page, and renewals as tasks. Connected to WatuAccounts, a won deal is invoiced in the books.Available

WatuFleetFleet, transport and logistics for companies that run vehicles for a living — hauliers with trucks, trailers and tankers, bus companies, and large car fleets: fuel, trips, servicing, tyres, papers and what each vehicle really costs, with GPS trackers read through Traccar. WatuPOSPoint of sale for shops and supermarkets, restaurants and bars, pharmacies, hardware stores and wholesalers — a till for a touch screen, laptop or tablet that keeps selling when the server is down; cash, M-Pesa and other mobile money. WatuStockStores and inventory for stock kept in many places — warehouses, site and project stores, shops, vans, a clinic pharmacy — with bins, batches, serial numbers and the costing method you choose. WatuKopeshaCore banking for microfinance institutions, SACCOs and VICOBA — loans with group lending and restructuring, savings, double-entry accounting, payroll, and Bank of Tanzania reporting.
